Por ordem superior se torna público que o Conselho Misto da Associação da E. F. T. A. e da Finlândia adoptou, na 31.ª reunião simultânea, realizada em 23 de Outubro de 1969, a decisão n.º 8 de 1969, cujo texto em inglês e a respectiva tradução para português são os seguintes:

Decision of the Joint Council no. 8 of 1969

(Adopted at the 31st simultaneous meeting on 23rd October, 1969)

Amendment of Schedule I to Annex B to the Convention

The Joint Council,

Having regard to paragraph 5 of article 4 of the Convention,

Having regard to paragraph 6 of article 6 of the Agreement,

decides:

1. Decision of the Council no. 14 of 1969 (ver nota *) shall be binding also on Finland and apply in relations between Finland and the other Parties to the Agreement.

2. The secretary-general of the European Free Trade Association shall deposit the text of this decision with the Government of Sweden.

Amendment of Schedule I to Annex B to the Convention

The Council,

Having regard to paragraph 5 of article 4 of the Convention,

decides:

1. Schedule I to Annex B to the Convention shall be amended by replacing in the finished product description of heading 69.10 the last word «fittings» by the word «fixtures».

2. This decision shall enter into force immediately

3. The secretary-general shall deposit the text of this decision with the Government of Sweden.

Emenda ao Apêndice I do Anexo B à Convenção

O Conselho Misto,

Tendo em consideração o parágrafo 5 do artigo 4 da Convenção,

Tendo em consideração o parágrafo 6 do artigo 6 do Acordo,

decide:

1. A decisão do Conselho n.º 14 de 1969 (ver nota *) será também obrigatória para a Finlândia e aplicar-se-á às relações entre a Finlândia e as restantes Partes do Acordo.

2. O secretário-geral da Associação Europeia de Comércio Livre depositará o texto da presente decisão junto do Governo da Suécia.

Emenda ao Apêndice I do Anexo B à Convenção

O Conselho,

Tendo em consideração o parágrafo 5 do artigo 4 da Convenção,

decide:

1. O Apêndice 1 ao Anexo B da Convenção será emendado substituindo na designação pautal do produto acabado do artigo pautal n.º 69.10 a última palavra fittings pela palavra fixtures.

2. Esta decisão entrará em vigor imediatamente.

3. O secretário-geral depositará o texto da presente decisão junto do Governo da Suécia.
