2 - Os referidos bens culturais móveis encontram-se em vias de classificação, de acordo com o n.º 5 do artigo 25.º da Lei n.º 107/2001, de 8 de setembro, e do artigo 12.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 148/2015, de 4 de agosto.

3 - Os bens móveis em vias de classificação ficam abrangidos pelas disposições legais aplicáveis da Lei n.º 107/2001, de 8 de setembro, e pelos artigos 5.º e seguintes do Decreto-Lei n.º 148/2015, de 4 de agosto.

4 - Nos termos do artigo 10.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 148/2015, de 4 de agosto, os elementos relevantes do processo (fundamentação e despacho) estão disponíveis na página eletrónica da Museus e Monumentos de Portugal, E. P. E.: www.museusemonumentos.pt.

5 - Os interessados poderão reclamar ou interpor recurso hierárquico do ato que decide a abertura do procedimento de classificação, nos termos das condições estabelecidas no Código do Procedimento Administrativo, sem prejuízo da possibilidade de impugnação contenciosa.
