Aviso n.º 61/2026/1

Por ordem superior se torna público que o Secretariado-Geral do Conselho da União Europeia transmitiu, em 30 de maio de 2025, a Terceira Ata de Retificação do Acordo de Parceria Económica entre os Estados do CARIFORUM, por um lado, e a Comunidade Europeia e os seus Estados-Membros, por outro, assinado em Bridgetown, Barbados, em 15 de outubro de 2008, e no Haiti, em 10 de dezembro de 2009, cujo texto na versão autêntica em língua portuguesa, incluindo as retificações do texto em inglês constante do anexo iii, apêndice 1, do Acordo, se publicam em anexo.

A República Portuguesa é Parte neste Acordo, aprovado pela Resolução da Assembleia da República n.º 81-A/2013 e ratificado pelo Decreto do Presidente da República n.º 63-A/2013, ambos publicados no Diário da República, 1.ª série, n.º 115, suplemento, de 18 de junho de 2013, tendo depositado o instrumento de ratificação junto do Secretário-Geral do Conselho da União Europeia, em 8 de julho de 2013. Nos termos do artigo 243.º, n.^os 1 e 2, o Acordo entrará em vigor no primeiro dia do mês seguinte à data em que as Partes procederem à notificação recíproca da conclusão das formalidades necessárias para o efeito. Essas notificações devem ser enviadas ao Secretário-Geral do Conselho da União Europeia, o qual será o depositário do presente Acordo.

O Secretariado-Geral do Conselho da União Europeia, na qualidade de depositário do Acordo de Parceria Económica entre os Estados do CARIFORUM, por um lado, e a Comunidade Europeia e os seus Estados-Membros, por outro, assinado em Bridgetown, Barbados, em 15 de outubro de 2008, e no Haiti, em 10 de dezembro de 2009, a seguir designado por «Acordo»:

Tendo verificado que o texto do Acordo, cuja cópia autenticada foi notificada aos signatários em 24 de novembro de 2008, continha determinados erros no texto em inglês em todas as versões linguísticas, uma vez que do anexo III, apêndice 1, do Acordo consta texto em inglês em todas as versões;

Tendo levado ao conhecimento dos signatários do Acordo esses erros, bem como as propostas de retificação;

Tendo verificado que nenhum dos signatários formulou objeções:

Procedeu nesta data à retificação dos erros em questão e lavrou a presente ata de retificação, a que foram anexadas as retificações do texto em inglês constante do anexo iii, apêndice 1, do Acordo, cuja cópia será comunicada aos signatários.
