Nos termos do n.º 2 do Despacho n.º 8436/2022, de 30 de junho de 2022, de Sua Excelência a Ministra da Defesa Nacional, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 132, de 11 de julho de 2022, e dos artigos 44.º a 50.º do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 4/2015, de 7 de janeiro, subdelego no Representante Nacional de Ligação junto do Supreme Allied Command Transformation Headquarters (PRT NLR SACT HQ), o COR PILAV Sérgio Lino de Almeida Estrela, a assinatura das Note of Joining (NOJ) da Islândia ao Memorandum of Understanding Concerning the Establishment, Administration and Operation of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence (MoU operacional CCD COE) e ao Memorandum of Understanding Concerning the Functional Relationship Regarding the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence (MoU funcional CCD COE).
