De ter sido rectificado o Decreto n.º 48/88, do Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros, que aprova o Acordo sobre Segurança Social entre Portugal e os Estados Unidos da América, publicado no Diário da República, 1.ª série, n.º 299, de 28 de Dezembro de 1988

Declaração
Para os devidos efeitos se declara que o Decreto n.º 48/88, publicado no Diário da República, 1.ª série, n.º 299, de 28 de Dezembro de 1988, cujo original se encontra arquivado nesta Secretaria-Geral, saiu com as seguintes inexactidões, que assim se rectificam:
No artigo 2.º, n.º 1, alínea a), 1. 3 da alínea i), onde se lê «of the title and regulations pertaining to those sections; and» deve ler-se «of that title and regulations pertaining to those sections; and».
No artigo 5.º, n.º 3, 1. 3, onde se lê «an officer or number of a crew» deve ler-se «an officer or member of a crew».
No artigo 9.º, n.º 2, 1. 8, não deve haver vírgula a seguir a «to be credited».
No artigo 10.º, n.º 1, 1. 8, onde se lê «under to laws of the United States» deve ler-se «under the laws of the United States».
No artigo 10.º, n.º 2, 1. 4, onde se lê «indetermining eligibility» deve ler-se «in determining eligibility».
No artigo 12.º, alínea b), 1. 3, onde se lê «of this Agreement;» deve ler-se «of this Agreement and».
No artigo 23.º, segundo parágrafo, 1. 2, onde se lê «have signed the presente Agreement» deve ler-se «have signed the present Agreement».
